During the Discover stage, the CX Workout Software Platform provides an online, mobile enabled Customer Community to validate how the current customer experience is performing and to work with customers to co-create improvements. These insights are captured in real-time in the online Customer Journey Map to provide the design team with powerful insights into those touchpoints in the experience that matter the most to target customers.
With a clear agenda for improvements in hand, the Design stage reviews the critical steps and design principles proven to create experiences that generate advocates – from defining the Experience Theme to introducing Signature Elements that create memorability and loyalty.
During the Deploy Stage, participants translate their improvements into Experience Blueprints and Playbooks to ensure changes are incorporated into operational processes, service standards and product or facility design enhancements.
